illFX’s amazing family of instructors will educate your students on the diverse range of street dance styles utilizing music your student’s actually like! We are Calgary’s leading street dance education professionals. Our award winning team hopes to spark the passion for street dance in this next generation.

Our program offerings are designed to engage a wide range of students. We will create the best possible experience for your school’s needs. Even if they have never danced before - our instructors will make sure everyone has a great time! Our instructors actively work in the community as performers, choreographers, and educators and are passionate about sharing their knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm with your students.

Our School Programs

Schools with Dance Programs

Intermittent Schedule - Junior + Senior High

  • 1-4 months in length

  • Multiple instructors

  • Build piece(s) for event or competition

  • Intermediate to advanced choreography

  • 4-5 classes per week, 90 minute classes

  • In-depth training and technique exercises

  • History and appreciation of street dance

Program Fee: $2,000/month for 24 hours of instruction (flexible schedule

Schools with Dance Program/Option

Performance Choreography - Junior + Senior High

  • 5-6 classes (up to 9 hours of instruction)

  • 1-2 instructors

  • 2-3.5 minute piece

  • Beginner to advanced choreography (mixed levels welcome)



Program Fee: $500 - $600 per piece

All Student Residency (Full Week)

Elementary & Junior High Schools

  • All day programs

  • Week long

  • Engaging residency for all levels

  • Teach individual classes (30 student avg)

  • Includes assembly performance of pieces at end of week

  • Opportunity to work with entire student body

Program Fee: $450/day or $2,250/week (5 days)

Gym Class Dance Unit

1 or 2 Day Program - Junior + Senior High

  • 1-2 days with gym classes

  • Large groups (multiple classes, 50-80 students)

  • Fun class for students of all levels

Program Fee: $475/day

Activity Day

1 Day Event - Any School

  • Perfect for Year-End Fun Day

  • Up to 4 instructors

  • Full gym classes (up to 200 students at a time)

  • Includes short performance for each class by our instructors

Program Fee: $1,250/day
