  • After your audition you’ll receive an email offering you a place in one of our crews. In the email we’ll direct you to complete a registration form.

Once you have completed the form we will create an account for you on our registration software. If you register in the summer for full-year program your account login information will be sent to you shortly before classes start and your class and tuition information will be pre-loaded for you.

  • Payments are processed through your account on our registration software, DanceStudio-Pro.

Your account can be accessed through our App or on the web.

We encourage all families to enroll in AutoPay. Once you locate the AutoPay option you will be prompted to add your credit card details. The site is secure and works with Credit Card or Visa Debit. If you do not have one of these you may also pay by post-dated cheques.

From your account you will be able to review your balance, as well as a breakdown of charges and credits. If you want to make a payment manually there is options to pay for specific charges, a lump sum, or to pay the full balance. The site will take credit card or PayPal for these items.

Tuition is charged on the first of each month. Payments not received within 30 days are subject to a $15 late fee.

  • Competition fees vary from season to season depending on how many competitions we are participating in. We provide a breakdown of fees and payment deadlines by email in October. Fees are likely to come in around $1,000 for one crew.

Competition fees include Costuming, Entry Fees, Transportation and Hotel Fees.

  • We’re excited for you to dance with us!

Step 1: Check your welcome email for class times and locations.

Step 2: Make sure you and/or your parent/guardian has reviewed the “Waiver and Release” section of your account and agree to the terms. Let us know if you need help accessing your account.

What to Wear/Bring: Dress comfortably and bring clean shoes with non-marking soles to dance in. Bring a water bottle. Only water is allowed in the studios.

Where do I park? Underground parking is available at DJD after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends during class times. The parkade code will be communicated before classes start.

  • Competitive Dancers are expected to commit to the full 10 month program, September - June though we do accept dancers into October.

Participation in all competitions is expected but other arrangements can be made if discussed with the Directors early in the season.

Dancers are expected to make a reasonable effort to attend all classes and training sessions. After a number of unexcused absences the dancer maybe pulled from sections they have missed or be asked not to continue.

  • Written notice from a parent or adult dancer is required to withdraw from the program. Written notice should be submitted by email at least 15 days prior to the end of a given month.

On December 1 all costume and competition fees become NON-REFUNDABLE. There is also no refund for missed classes or prepaid classes.

The final day to withdraw from a competitive program is January 31. After this date you will be responsible to pay full tuition for the remainder of the year whether the dancer is attending class or not.
