This Waiver and Release of Liability is executed by and between illFX Entertainment Inc, herein referred to as the "Studio," and the undersigned participant (herein referred to as the "Participant") for the purpose of attending and participating in the Studio’s travel events and related activities. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK The Participant acknowledges and understands that participation in the Studio's travel events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, property damage, loss, or other unforeseen events. The Participant agrees that their participation is voluntary and understands these risks. The Participant hereby assumes all risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, associated with their participation in the Studio's travel events, including but not limited to travel, physical activity, and accommodations. MEDICAL RELEASE The Participant grants permission for Studio staff to seek medical attention on their behalf in case of an emergency or if deemed necessary by an attending professional. The Participant agrees to be responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred. RELEASE OF LIABILITY In consideration of the Participant's participation in the Studio's travel events, the Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, staff, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, liabilities, causes of action, injuries, damages, or losses, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, that may arise from the Participant’s participation in travel events, even if caused by the negligence or other fault of the Studio. INDEMNIFICATION The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, staff, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, damages, or losses arising out of their participation in the event, including those arising from the Participant’s breach of this Agreement. CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPH & RECORD The Participant grants permission for the Studio to take photographs and/or video recordings during the travel event for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes, without compensation or further consent required. SEVERABILITY If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
